Why did the Ministry of Magic hold Testament and Will of Albus Percival Wulfric Brain Dumbledore
Apparently, Albus Dumbledore already wrote a testament and will before his death. The official Testament and Will of Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore was delivered to the Ministry of Magic but it wrote to not be revealed after a month.
The Ministry of Magic has examined the will of Albus Dumbledore as they wished it could become a means of Harry Potter and the trio to favor the Ministry of Magic.
However, the Ministry of Magic found nothing and Rufus Scrimgeour carried the will of Albus Dumbledore himself to Hermione, Ron and Harry because he wanted to see what would happen once the trio receive Albus Dumbledore’s death wish.
Testament and Will of Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore
Albus Dumbledore has left most of his possessions to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. However, Albus Dumbledore handpicked Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger and left a special testament and will.
Rufus Scrimgeour and the Ministry of Magic has examined the will for days but found nothing and Rufus Scrimgeour himself decides to visit the trio and see if there was anything peculiar with Albus Dumbledore’s will.
Ronald Bilius Weasley inherited the Deluminator which was a device that Albus Dumbledoer personally invented and used to turn off the lights when he first visited the Dursleys at Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s stone.
To Hermione Jean Granger, Albus Dumbledore left his copy of the Tales of Beedle the Bard. Hermione later on recognizes a unique mark on the Tales of Beedle the Bard that later on is identified as the symbol of the Deathly Hallows.
Harry Potter was inherited the Sword of Godric Gryffindor which Rufus Scrimgeour especially resists that the historic artefact cannot be inherited.
Rufus Scrimgeour also mentions that the Sword of Gryffindor was missing and he eventually catches up with an argument of the trio as the Ministry of Magic was still suspicious of Albus Dumbledore and the trio while the trio were sick of the Ministry of Magic and scolded Rufus Scrimgeour to take care of Voldemort if they had the time to watch on them.
Harry Potter also receives the Golden Snitch that he first caught in his first Quidditch match. Rufus Scrimgeour carefully observed if there was anything hidden because the Golden Snitch has flesh memory but nothing happened. In fact, Harry Potter caught his first snitch with his mouth.
Fleur Delacour and Bill Weasley’s love
Fleur Delacour started in internship at Gringotts Wizarding Bank after the Triwizard Tournament. Bill Weasley was working as a curse breaker at Gringotts Wizarding Bank and they’ve started dating since they’ve met at work.
Molly Weasley and Ginny Weasley both disapproved Fleur Delacour at first because they thought she wasn’t well mannered.
However the Weasleys did approve her after she still loved Bill Weasley after he got his scar by Fenrir Greyback, the werewolf. The Delacour family including Fleur Delacour’s sister Gabrielle all joined together and attended the wedding of Fleur Delacour and Bill Weasley at the Burrows.

In the novel, Harry was disguised as a cousin of the Weasleys for his protection. Order of the Pheonix member stood guard for their fellow member Fleur and Bill’s wedding.
Harry noticed a unique necklace of Xenophilius Lovegood who Luna Lovegood’s father was. In the movie, Harry makes a conversation with Xenophilius as Xenophilius lovegood, the editor of the Quibbler supported Harry Potter despite the threats of the Death Eaters.
Even Viktor Krum came to the wedding as a guest making a compliment on Hermione which Ron was jealous of. Harry Potter sits down and caught up with a conversation of Albus Dumbledore with Elphias Doge and Ron’s great great aunt Muriel which heated up as Muriel spoke ill of Albus Dumbledore while Elphias Doge supported him.

Muriel was the great aunt of Molly Weasley who liked to make a lot of gossip. Ron Weasley would avoid Muriel as much as possible because of her rude behavior.
However, Muriel knew Bathilda Bagshot and overheard conversations of Bathilda Bagshot with the Dumbledore family.
However, she did offer her place as a safehouse for the Order of the Pheonix members. Muriel would interrupt Harry Potter (in the novel, he was disguised) and Elphais Doge’s conversation and start an argument of the life of Albus Dumbledore. Harry Potter started to grow curious of Albus Dumbledore’s past.
Elphias Doge
Elphias Doge was a member of the first and second Order of the Pheonix and he was a long friend with Albus Dumbledore. Elphias Doge was also one of the members of the Advance Guard that where one of the first members of the Order of the Pheonix Harry Potter met.
Elphias Doge knew Harry Potter’s parents and even commented that Harry had Lily Potter’s eyes. Elphias Doge wrote a column of the devotion of Albus Dumbledore to the wizardry world on the Daily Prophet.
He caught up with an argument with Muiel who spoke ill of Albus Dumbledore at Fleur Delacour and Bill Weasley’s wedding.
Kingsley Shacklebolt’s Patronus – News of the collapse of the Ministry of Magic
The ceremony of the Fleur Delacour and Bill Weasley was interrupted by Kingsley Shacklebolt’s patronus carrying a critical warning message.
Kingsley Shacklebolt’s patronus sent shocking news of Rufus Scrimgeour’s death and the collapse of the Ministry of Magic taken over by Voldemort and his followers.
Voldemort and the Death Eaters after taking over the Ministry of Magic started to invade the wedding. The crash on the wedding was chaos with Order of the Pheonix members dueling with the Death Eaters and guests apparating. Harry Potter, Hermione and Ron also flees to Tottenham Courtyard
Death of Rufus Scrimgeour, the Minister for Magic
Harry Potter was never fond of Rufus Scrimgeour because despite the horrific actions by Cornelius Fudge, Rufus Scrimgeour also tried to take advantage of Harry Potter for pro Ministry of Magic propaganda.
However, Rufus Scrimgeour didn’t intend to use him for his own regime but to rather calm down the public as the public were terrified of Voldemort. Voldemort and the Death Eaters captured Rufus Scrimgeour and tortured him severely to snitch on Harry Potter’s whereabouts.
Harry Potter later learns that Rufus Scrimgeour despite knowing of his location, never yielded to Voldemort and resisted to his death. Harry Potter did feel guilty of Rufus Scrimgeour as he suffered a painful death by the Death Eaters trying not to indict on Harry Potter’s location.
Ministry of Magic under control of Voldemort and the Death Eaters
Former head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement Pius Thicknesse takes over as the new Minister for Magic. In the novel, Pius Thicknesse was under the Imperius Curse while in the movie, Pius Thicknesse himself was a collaborator to Voldemort.
Corban Yaxley became the new head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and many other Death Eaters such as Albert Runcorn took over important spots of the Ministry of Magic.
Muggle-Born Registration Commission is held
Dolores Umbridge becomes the head of the new Muggle-Born Registration Commission. The Muggle-Born Registration Commission started a propaganda against muggle-born wizards and witches and captured them for the charges of ‘stealing magic’.
Snatchers were hired for bounty on such muggle-borns and any personnel against Voldemort and the Death Eaters. Ted Tonks who was Nymphadora Tonks’s father was captured by this commission.
Also, in the Ministry of Magic, Dirk Cresswell who was a member of the Slug Club and head of the Goblin Liaison Office was arrested for being a muggle born. Both were executed for the charges of stealing magic as a muggle born.
